About Us

About AWS

AWS provides an array of services to independent medical practices. From medical billing to bookkeeping services, we customize our offerings to fit the needs of each individual practice.

Company History

Necessity is the mother of invention. AWS was created in 2003 when a group of independent physicians found themselves with an immediate need to stabilize their billing practices. AWS has evolved over the years and added other services so that practices can customize their needs from billing to accounting. We provide the expertise and stability that many small practices struggle to find.

Sixteen years later, Michele and Julie continue to develop their business and are always making small changes as they listen to the needs of the physicians they work with. They strive every day to bring their best to work and provide an environment that is enjoyable for their employees and effective for their clients.

account reps

Account Reps meet the needs of each practice. The account reps at AWS are assigned certain groups and the physicians’ offices can call their office anytime and speak with the assigned rep. Account reps are trained on entering charges/demographics/insurance information and taking the superbill of each clinic and entering all information.
